Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets for the International Battery Summit 2024 can be purchased online through our official website.
  • The ticket price is determined based on the participant’s nationality, as detailed in the “Nationality-Based Ticket Pricing” Section.

Nationality-Based Ticket Pricing

  • Participants must select the ticket price category corresponding to their nationality at the time of purchase. The categories are as follows:
    • Indonesian Participant
    • International Participant (any nationality other than Indonesian)
  • Proof of nationality may be required at the time of registration or upon request by the event organizers.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Participants are required to pay the ticket price according to their nationality at the time of purchase.
  • If an Indonesian participant mistakenly pays the international ticket price, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • If an international participant mistakenly pays the Indonesian ticket price, they will receive a bill for the outstanding amount, which must be paid promptly to confirm their participation.

Bundle Packages

  • Participants are encouraged to purchase bundle packages that are specifically designed for either Indonesian or international participants.
  • Mixed packages (registering both Indonesian and international participants on the same registration page) are not permitted and should be separated.
  • Failure to comply with the correct ticket purchase process will be handled according to the Payment and Refund Policy.

Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The ticket price is determined based on the participant’s preferred attendance option, as detailed in the ‘Preferred Attendance Option Pricing’ section

Preferred Attendance-Based Ticket Pricing

  • Participants must select the ticket price category corresponding to their preferred attendance option at the time of purchase. The categories are as follows:
    • In-Person
    • Online
  • Prices for Online and In-person attendance are vary and will be clearly listed on the event website.

Ticket Payment

  • Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in the case of event cancellation.
  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

In-Person Entry and Attendance

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.
  • All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.

Online Attendance

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with link and access key to event meeting platform.
